Nikki Reed Engaged!
Looks like that Breaking Dawn wedding isn't the only prospective Twilight marriage on tap. On the red carpet at the 2011 MTV Movie awards, Twilight star Nikki Reed flashed some serious bling when I asked her whether she thinks she and her man Paul McDonald will wed. And she had an answer ready.
"He's the one," she said. "He's the one."
A source confirms that the two are, indeed, engaged. Congratulations, you two. And guess what else she told me...
Reed says her man, who made it to the top 8 of American Idol this season, has been writing a bunch of songs in her honor! Aww.
"He says he's going to release a Nikki Reed EP," she said.
Sweet. Though if things continue this way maybe we will have a whole album to look forward to.

Nikki Reed Dating Paul McDonald?
It looks like Paul McDonald has been getting some love from the Twilight gang! The American Idol heartthrob — who dazzles the U.S. with his pearly whites and raspy voice — is reportedly dating Twilight goddess Nikki Reed! And now Paul has been getting some serious endorsements from Nikki’s co-star Peter Facinelli on Twitter!According to recent reports the duo had been virtually dating, via Skype, after their relationship sparked on the red carpet at the Red Riding Hood L.A. premiere.
E! Online is reporting the duo’s relationship is “official” citing a source that’s claiming Niki is calling Paul “boyfriend.”
The irony of it all — when the duo first met last month at the Red Riding Hood Hollywood premiere, Paul had no idea who Nikki was!
In a clip from the premiere (below), Nikki, wearing a strapless dress and sporing flowing hair, gushes to Paul, “You’re amazing. I’m blushing, I should go.” Paul then says, “Wow, thank you” and the two awkwardly hug goodbye.
As soon as Nikki is off camera, Paul ask, “Was she a famous actress or something? I’d hang out with her!”
And now they have been hanging out ever since!
As far as the reports that Taylor Lautner is also Skyping with Idol contestant Lauren Alaina, a source told E!, “Taylor has only said hello to some of the Idol contestants when he has been in the same room as Nikki when she has been Skyping with her boyfriend. He has not Skyped one-on-one with any of the Idols.”
More proof that Nikki and Paul are dating — between their busy schedules of filming Breaking Dawn and Idol — Twilight star Peter Facinelli is behind Paul 100 percent!
