Robert's family: leave Kristen!
MEGA-hot "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson managed to avoid a frenzy for once. On Monday night the actor, who's usually swarmed by fang-loving fans, went to Webster Hall "with a pack of guys," according to our source, to check out the band Jump Into the Gospel. "He was totally normal and just hanging out, wearing a baseball cap. Nobody noticed him or made a fuss at all," said the witness. (New York Post)

Love is proving to be a battlefield for Kristen Stewart. First she ditched her longtime boyfriend for her hunky Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson -- which infuriated her best friend and Rob's onetime hookup, Nikki Reed. Then when Kristen, 19, and Rob, 23, were finally free to be together, work tore them apart: While she's shooting the Joan Jett biopic The Runaways in LA, he's on the NYC set of Remember Me getting flirty with leading lady Emilie de Ravin.
As if all that weren't enough, now a member of Rob's family in London is warning the actor to steer clear of Kristen. "I don't think it would be a good idea for Robert to be in a serious relationship with Kristen," his aunt Diana Nutley tells Life & Style in an exclusive interview.
Aunt Urges Rob Not To Fall For Twilight Co-Star
ROBERT PATTINSON's aunt has urged the British hunk not to start dating his TWILIGHT co-star KRISTEN STEWART - because she fears they'll never have a moment of peace as a potential couple. Stewart has reportedly split from longtime boyfriend Michael Angarano, paving the way for a romance with her movie love interest Pattinson. The media has been linking the Twilight twosome ever since they first appeared onscreen together in last year's vampire love story, and the romance reports went into overdrive when the pair started shooting the sequel New Moon in Canada. Both Pattinson and Stewart have denied they're anything but close friends and co-stars, and the British actor's aunt Diana Nutley hopes it stays that way - and the love rumours are false. She tells U.S. magazine Life & Style, "I don’t think it would be a good idea for Robert to be in a serious relationship with Kristen. How can he live his life with a fellow star, with their every move being watched just like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes?" And Nutley, who is the sister of Pattinson's mother, hopes her famous nephew will make the most of his overnight super fame - and have fun. She adds, "He’s only 23 and probably won’t get married until he’s 40, if he’s got any sense." And she hopes he'll eventually settle down with an English girl : "I think he will eventually come back home to England and fall in love with somebody he’s known since school."
Robert Pattinson Commissions Ex-girlfriend to Paint for Him
Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson is sharing his new-found fortune with a former school pal, commissioning her to create art for him to display in his dream home.
The Brit has yet to find his Hollywood estate, but he knows how to decorate it when he does - with paintings by New Zealand-based artist Nina Schubert.
The pair grew up together in Barnes, England, attended the same school and briefly dated, and Pattinson kept in touch with the 26-year-old artist when she moved away.
The former model tells Life & Style magazine, "Rob is still a really good friend of mine... I gave him my paintings when we lived together in London and now he's commissioned me to paint one for him."
It's Official ! Third Twilight Film Starts August 17
It's a sunny day for Twilight fans--the third film adaptation of the vampire saga has been given a start date by Summit Entertainment.
Eclipse will begin production August 17, and will be directed by horror helmer David Slade.
Eclipse furthers the tale of the love triangle between Kristen Stewart's Bella Swan, Taylor Lautner's Jacob Black and a little-know actor named Robert Pattinson's Edward Cullen.
Slade has some experience in the vampire trade, directing hottie Josh Hartnett in 30 Days of Night.
Production Weekly is reporting that the shooting schedule for Eclipse in Vancouver has been established–“The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” is scheduled to begin production on August 17th and film thru October 31st at Vancouver Film Studios.

New Moon Producers Speak Potential Spin-Off of Twilight Volturi
At the recent Vision Awards it was revealed that Twilight Saga fans may see a Twilight Volturi spin-off. Saturday night in Beverly Hills during the 2009 Vision Awards the cast of Twilight and New Moon cast, which included Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Billy Burke and Christian Serratos, were in full red carpet Twilight Saga effect where RadarOnline was able to snag a quick chat Twilight related. More New Moon and Twilight news surfaced this week, as Radar reported on their Twilight chat with producers, Wyck Godfrey, Greg Mooradian and Guy Oseary who admitted a Twilight Volturi spin-off is possible.
As reported by RadarOnline, New Moon producers, Wyck Godfrey, Greg Mooradian were first in line as Godfrey mentioned the challenge of filming in Italy and trying to keep Robert Pattinson from being swallowed by the rabid Twilight and New Moon fans.
Twilight Saga fans take notice, as New Moon producer, Greg Mooradian, dished about a possible Twilight Volturi spin off to which Mooradian responded, "Stay tuned. I think if our movies do as well as the first did all possibilities are out there. But right now we need to finish what we have and finish Stephenie’s vision as best we can and then let’s see where the audience demands us to go from there."
