The Teen Choice Awards nominations were announced this week, and the usual suspects led the way. Twilight, High School Musical 3, Miley Cyrus, Gossip Girl and the Jonas Brothers were among the most recognized by the kiddos.

Just being a New Moonie is good enough to crack this list, but throw in those newly defined abs and a possible romance with Selena Gomez, and he is Top 3 material.
4. Dakota Fanning
The mature-beyond-her-years actress has been captivating our attention for awhile, but now that she's part of the ever buzzed-about Twilight posse—and partying with Kristen Stewart—she's even a hotter commodity.
